“Hot” Yoga is a series of yoga poses done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at a temperature of 90-100 degrees. As you can imagine, a vigorous yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating and makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible. One class can burn 350-600 calories!!!

Classes are currently scheduled sporadically so please review the calendar or call (252) 321-2222 for class dates and times. Make sure to bring a mat, a large towel, and drink plenty of water before and after class. Please also note that “Hot” Yoga is not advised for pregnant women.
