Patti comes to Fit For Life 24 as a person with true experience in attaining fitness and weight loss goals. She lost over 60 pounds and then started training to become a personal trainer. Now she serves Greenville and Pitt County residents as a personal trainer and boot camp instructor right here at Fit For Life 24.

Seven years ago I was a stay at home mom and weighed 189 lbs.  I wanted to be fit and happy so with hard work and a passion for fitness I lost over 60 lbs.  Now I am a personal trainer and Boot Camp Instructor.  I thrive on helping others reach and maintain the same goals.  BODY FIT! BODY STRONG!

Boot camp kicks butt! It was the most energetic, fast pace but fun class I’ve taken in years. I worked out at many gyms and have had several trainers this was by far the fastest results I’ve experienced. I am forty-one and thought I couldn’t workout as hard as I used to workout. A friend talked me into trying it and I was amazed! I did more than I thought I could and modified my moves when I needed to do so. Even with modifications I lost 7 lbs in five wks because I missed one week. I lost 2 inches on my hips,1 1/2 on my waist and I’m one dress size down

I absolutely loved every minute of Boot Camp! Being motivated and challenged by Patti to keep going reminding me of the goal to loose body fat and tone. No matter where you are in your exercise journey this class will challenge you and provide results (granted that you modify negative eating habits). I personally gained incite to new work out ideas that I could utilize to modify my current routine which was awesome. I love Patti’s enthusiasm to help others and push you when you feel like you can take no more. Boot Camp is definitely worth the time and if I was able to devote the time to do it again I would as Patti is always coming up with ideas to challenge you and your body!

Boot camp not only showed me some of the best exercises that I can do for my body, but it also encouraged me to work harder all throughout the day to keep myself on track. Being in a group also helped me to stay motivated and want to share the success of my fellow boot campers. Patti offers encouragement, and showed me what my body was capable of doing when I really put my mind to it. I can’t wait for the next one.

I would totally recommend Patti’s boot camp to anyone looking to see results! I did!!! Finally back into my “skinny jeans” thanks to Patti.
