Q: How hard are classes for beginners?

A: We scale every workout. New athletes get reduced distances, lighter loads, and extra technique coaching. Your first session is an intro workshop to learn the format and pacing.

Q: Do I need special equipment?

A: No — we supply all Hyrox station equipment. Bring running shoes, comfortable training clothes, and a water bottle.

Q: Are classes open to non-members?

A: Yes. We accept drop-ins and offer a free intro workshop for first-time Hyrox participants. Our 8-week Hyrox Prep is a paid cohort with limited slots.

Q: What should I expect on Simulation Saturdays?

A: Simulation Sundays are community-focused mock race days. Expect longer sessions (60–90 min), partner and relay options, and leaderboard postings to track progress.
