Over the years, Fit For Life 24 has grown from a one-room personal training business to eastern NC’s premier 24-hour fitness center under the leadership of local fitness expert Tim Evans. Through his devotion to physical fitness and his faith in God, Tim has grown his startup business into a full fitness center that has something to offer every member of the family.
